Adventure doesn't always have to reside in nature. This Sunday Jenna and I participated in an urban adventure! "What does that mean?" you might ask.
Unbeknownst to us, we set-up our campsite the 2nd night right smack-dab in the middle of a game trail. We had just finished dinner and were enjoying a nice cup of whiskey, when two fairly large bucks literally walked up to our bags. There were only deer, but seeing a pair of yellow eyes in the dark tends to bring out your fears of
Second time hiking Goat Lake Loop Hike (snowgrass flats). This time around we met up with a few Wisconsinites who moved to Seattle. It was fun speaking Wisconsin with Alyssa and Ryan. We talked about our dogs, some more about our dogs, and then a little about ourselves. The hike was beautiful as always! It was a clear Saturday afternoon
Had a great weekend in Central Oregon with Jenna, Nathan, Allison, Nils and his sister Anna. Camped at Skull Hollow with the grazing cows. Was the first time they had actually grazed through our campground made all sorts of noises to let us know they weren't happy we were invading their space.
